Edible Jersey

They're adding an "Edible Jersey" to their stable of publications, and although I don't know when the first issue will be available, I urge all E-gulleters to pick up an issue when they see it. It's usually found for free in select markets/restaurants.

I'm a big fan of the Edible communities publications (www.ediblecommunities.com) which highlight different parts of the US and promotes local farms, markets, restaurants, and the people who love them...

I just picked up a copy at the Whole Foods in Madison. Good publication!
