Chef Harris -- I'd appreciate your views on the respective cuisines of Gordon Ramsay (please mention the applicable restaurant if your assessment differs across establishments), Bruce Poole and Putney Bridge's Anthony Demetre. :blink:

I'm running away from this one as all three chefs that you mention I enjoy eating their food. I think we shouldn't always have to assesss someopnes ability in detail.
